| Ronald Picket, Chairman |

A founding partner, Mr. Picket has more than 35 years experience
in commercial real estate and has been an active participant in
all facets of the industry. He has supervised individual leasing
transactions as large as 800,000 square feet, and has acted as agent
and sales broker for numerous commercial office buildings. Some
of the more prominent sales that he has overseen include: 70 Pine
Street, 99 John Street, 317 Madison Avenue and 685 Third Avenue.
As a developer, Mr. Picket was a partner in the project of 175 Water
Street, a 600,000 square foot office building. He served as a general
partner in a residential development project in Chinatown. As a
joint equity partner he has, at one time, had an interest in the
following properties: 85 John Street, 200 Madison Avenue, 40 Wall
Street, 50 Broadway, 303 West 10th Street and 30 Broad Street.
Mr. Picket graduated from Dartmouth College and served in the Marine
Corps. He began his real estate career as Personal Assistant to
Harry Helmsley. |

A founding partner, Mr. Gross is highly respected within the New
York real estate industry for his expertise in leasing services,
representing both tenants and owners. His market knowledge is the
product 35 years experience, and the leasing of more than twenty
million square feet of New York office space. He has managed transactions
for clients including: American Home Products, AIG, Marine Midland,
Petry Media, Intell Management, Cannon Design, Shack & Siegel,
Dresdner Bank, E.F. Hutton, Knoll International, The New York Board
of Fire Underwriters and the New York State Special Prosecutor.
Mr. Gross is a graduate of Union College and Thunderbird Garvin
School of International Management. |

Mr. Pike joined the firm more than 20 years ago as a commercial
leasing broker. Today he manages the firm’s operations and
represents clients in the New York metropolitan area and nationally
on a range of real estate issues, in addition to overseeing lease
and purchase negotiations. His client list includes: AT&T, Xerox
Corporation, Quebecor World, Inc., GTE, AXA Investment Managers,
The New York Law Journal, The New York Foundation for the Arts,
Den Norske Bank, Canon Business Solutions, Ikon Office Solutions,
Thomson Financial, Morrow & Co., Oxbow Industries, Tumi, Abitibi
Consolidated, United Nations Office for Project Services, The World
Bank, International Monetary Fund, Bank of Norway, UPM Kymmene and
many others.
Mr. Pike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the CORE
Network, the second largest national network of commercial real
estate firms, in which WPG is a long-standing member. In addition,
he is a member of the Plaza District committee of the Real Estate
Board of New York. Mr. Pike was named one of real estate’s
rising stars by Real Estate New York magazine in 1996. Mr. Pike is a graduate of Denison University. |

Mr. Broderick joined the firm more than 20 years ago and works closely
with the brokerage team, advising on all legal aspects of commercial
sales and leasing. Additionally, he is directly involved with client
assignments, including Ermengildo Zegna, Salvatore Ferragamo, Loew’s
Corporation and McKeegan and Shearer.
Mr. Broderick is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and
the Notre Dame Law School. He has been a guest lecturer for the
New Jersey Bar Association and speaker for numerous seminars. Prior
to joining WPG, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for
New York County under the legendary Frank Hogan and Robert Morganthau,
as well as the Vice President and General Counsel of the New York
Yankees from 1979 to 1983. |
| Richard Feldman, Executive Managing Director |

Mr. Feldman joined the firm 10 years ago, and has more than 25 years experience in sales and leasing. He has been responsible for some of the largest lease transactions Downtown between 2002-04 and has negotiated on behalf of the State of New York, the City of New York, the Bank of New York, American International Group (AIG) as well as, non-profits such as Veterans Leadership Program, Inc., Wildcat Services and the Asian Women's Center. He has also worked with major law firms such as Rosenman & Colin, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Hawkins & Delafield. With regard to Property Agency assignments, Mr. Feldman has represented the owners of seven commercial properties ranging from 150,000 to 600,000 square feet, completing more than one million feet of lease transactions.
Mr. Feldman is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and its Committee on Downtown and the Young Men's Real Estate Association. He is active in the Alliance for Downtown, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Counsel, and the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association and is a supporter of the Robin Hood Foundation and Wildcat Training Services. Mr. Feldman holds an MBA from City College of New York and a Bachelor degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
