 Ronald Picket, Chairman
A founding partner, Mr. Picket has more than 35 years experience in commercial real estate and has been an active participant in all facets of the industry. He has supervised individual leasing transactions as large as 800,000 square feet, and has acted as agent and sales broker for numerous commercial office buildings. Some of the more prominent sales that he has overseen include: 70 Pine Street, 99 John Street, 317 Madison Avenue and 685 Third Avenue. As a developer, Mr. Picket was a partner in the project of 175 Water Street, a 600,000 square foot office building. He served as a general partner in a residential development project in Chinatown. As a joint equity partner he has, at one time, had an interest in the following properties: 85 John Street, 200 Madison Avenue, 40 Wall Street, 50 Broadway, 303 West 10th Street and 30 Broad Street.

Mr. Picket graduated from Dartmouth College and served in the Marine Corps. He began his real estate career as Personal Assistant to Harry Helmsley.
 
 James Gross, Vice Chairman
  Jim Gross is one of the founding partners of Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc. As Vice Chairman, he supervises the firm’s office and directs the activities of the brokers who work there. He specializes in leasing, tenant and owner representation.

Mr. Gross has actively participated in the New York real estate scene for the past thirty-nine years. He is a highly respected member of the real estate community and as such brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to all of his real estate transactions.

Mr. Gross has been personally responsible for the leasing of over ten million square feet of New York office space. His list of clients includes New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board, Herald National Bank, Boom Creative Development, Extell Development, Dresdner Bank, E.F. Hutton, Knoll International, and New York Board of Fire Underwriters to name a few.

He is a graduate of Union College and holds a graduate degree from the Thunderbird School of Economics.
 
 Edwin T. Broderick, Vice-President and General Counsel
  Mr. Broderick joined the firm more than 20 years ago and works closely with the brokerage team, advising on all legal aspects of commercial sales and leasing. Additionally, he is directly involved with client assignments, including Ermengildo Zegna, Salvatore Ferragamo, Loew’s Corporation and McKeegan and Shearer.

Mr. Broderick is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Law School. He has been a guest lecturer for the New Jersey Bar Association and speaker for numerous seminars. Prior to joining WPG, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for New York County under the legendary Frank Hogan and Robert Morganthau, as well as the Vice President and General Counsel of the New York Yankees from 1979 to 1983.
 
 Richard Feldman, Executive Managing Director
  Mr. Feldman joined the firm 16 years ago, and has more than 25 years’ experience in sales and leasing. He has been responsible for some of the largest lease transactions Downtown between 2002-2004 and has negotiated on behalf of the State of New York, the City of New York, the Bank of New York, American International Group (AIG) as well as, non- profits such as Veterans leadership Program, Inc. and the Asian Women’s Center. He has also worked with major law firms such as Rosenman & Colin, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Hawkins & Delafield. With regard to Property Agency assignments, Mr. Feldman has represented the owners of seven commercial properties ranging from 150,000 to 600,000 square feet, completing more than one million feet of lease transactions. He has been the Exclusive Agent for 160 Water Street for the past ten years. Water Street is a 500,000 foot, glass and steel office property having NYC Health and Hospital, Continuum Health Partners and AIG as major tenants.

Mr. Feldman is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and its Committee on Downtown and the Young Men’s Real Estate Association. He has been active in the Alliance for Downtown, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, and the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association. Mr. Feldman was instrumental in the development of “DUMBO” as a new residential Brooklyn community and spearheaded the program to bring government and non-profit agencies downtown after the World Trade Center disaster. He holds an MBA from City College of New York and a Bachelor degree from Farleigh Dickinson University.
 
 Peter Gross, Managing Director
  Peter Gross specializes in tenant representation, securing new business assignments with new and existing clients. His proven experience in guiding clients through all stages of the leasing process, including in-depth market research, complex financial analysis and skilled negotiating expertise, has led to his success in closing transactions. Mr. Gross is active in both the acquisition and the disposition side of real estate transactions, as well.

Prior to his return to WPG in 2010, Mr. Gross worked with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., where he acted as a leasing broker. His primary focus was on tenant representation; however he also served as an agent on behalf of landlords such as at 555 Madison Avenue. His acute knowledge of the decision making of landlords has given him a distinguished advantage in representing tenants.

Mr. Gross represents a diverse group of industries and firms such as The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board, Wilkhahn Inc., Kantor, Davidoff, Wolfe, Mandelker, Twomey & Gallanty, PC., One King’s Lane, Inc., Vermillion Asset Management, Dinosaur Securities LLC., Peak Discovery and others.

Mr. Gross graduated from Union College with a degree in Political Science. He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and resides in Mamaroneck, New York with his wife and daughter.
 
 William W. Carr, Senior Managing Director
  Mr. Carr has been a commercial leasing broker with Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc., since 1996. He was promoted to his current position of Senior Managing Director in 2010.

Since joining WPG, Mr. Carr has worked on a wide variety of leasing and tenant related projects, including the completion of recent leasing transactions for such clients as Traiana Inc., ICAP Securities, National Development Council., Majestic Athletic, KGM & Circuit Solutions, Anchor Inc., Kurt Salmon Associates, NYFIX Inc., QRS Corp., Kistefos U.S. Corp., Perfect Associates, Inc., Cannon Design, UNIX, Inc., Ferzan, Robbins & Associates, LLC., ABG Sundal Collier, Salon.com, McKeegan & Shearer, Modells, Freixenet, and Cooper Horowitz, Inc.

Mr. Carr has worked with these clients not only in New York, but in the surrounding Tri-State area as well. Mr. Carr is the exclusive leasing agent for 51 East 42nd Street, 22 East 41st Street, both of which are located in the Grand Central Station area. Working as a landlord’s agent has given Mr. Carr a different perspective in analyzing a lease transaction and this additional knowledge has aided him greatly in better servicing his numerous clients.

Mr. Carr is a graduate of Villanova University where he received a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in 1991. Mr. Carr was an All-American Lacrosse player and is actively playing in men’s league hockey and golf, also serving as little league coach of a local team. Mr. Carr is married with three children and resides in New Jersey.
